PCA Chemical Peel
This chemical peel is a one or two layer light peel that gently exfoliates the outer layer of the skin. It is an ideal peel for mild to moderate acne, pigmentary problems, and sun-damaged skin. It results in a healthy glow, lightening of pigmentary problems, and an overall refreshening of the skin. It is performed without any sedation by our aestheticians. During the recovery period, it seems like the patient has a mild sunburn. Retin-A and AHA products must be discontinued immediately prior to and after this peel for several days. In our practice, this type of peel is combined with other treatments such as Laser or Microdermabrasion to achieve optimal results.
